If you currently have broadband through another provider, a switch to OpenEir can be done in 24 hours or 3 days for SIRO. In many instances, this can be done virtually without having to visit the premises.

If we need to do a completely new install: OpenEir usually takes about 3 business days, SIRO in 3-10 business days but this is based on technician availability and the customer’s schedule.
How Does Billing Work?

You will pay Blacknight a wholesale rate every month based on how many clients you’ve sold to. Then it’s up to you to bill your customers monthly.
