In order to facilitate this Blacknight has agreements with a growing number of registries and registrars throughout Europe and further afield.
All domain names registered through our services are subject to our terms of service, the rules and regulations of the respective registry and any contractual obligations that may reside between the registrant and the registrar where the registrar is not Blacknight. Some gTLD domain names are registered via 3rd party registrars, i.e. not Blacknight.
Blacknight Solutions is an accredited registrar of IE domains on behalf of the IEDR (IE Domain Registry). IE domain registrations are governed by the rules and regulations governing registrations as defined by the IEDR.
Any disputes are governed by the IE Dispute Resolution Policy (IEDRP).
Blacknight Internet Solutions Ltd is a Nominet member and accredited registrar.
All *.uk domain registrations are covered by Nominet’s terms and conditions. In case of dispute you should refer to the domain dispute resolution policy.
Blacknight Internet Solutions Ltd is an accredited Eurid registrar. The contract for the domain registration will be concluded between the registrant and the Eurid accredited registrar.
All registrations are governed by the EU registration policy and in the event of dispute are subject to the Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedures (ADR)
