• What if I already have Email Hosting?

  If you’d like to use your Blacknight registered domain with Microsoft Office 365, we can absolutely do that; however, you will have to move all your existing Blacknight Email accounts for that domain to Microsoft Office 365. You can’t just move some, so you will need a license for every address moving over. You will need an Microsoft Office 365 license for each user of that domain.

• What Type of Email Hosting Should I Choose?

  Email hosting comes as standard with our basic web hosting packages. This option is perfect for most small businesses and individuals, supporting a minimum of 5 mailboxes and upwards depending on the package chosen.

  Using your Microsoft Office 365 credentials, you can log in using Microsoft’s Portal here: https://portal.office.com

  You can log directly into your Webmail (OWA) here: https://outlook.office365.com

  For Administration, you can log into https://cp.blacknight.com

  

• Where Can I Find Answers to my Microsoft Office 365 Questions?

• Does Microsoft Office 365 Work With Apple Computers?

  Microsoft Office 365 works with Apple OSX. You can install all the office software you are familiar with such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint on your Apple Mac.

• How does online document collaboration work?

  Word and Excel documents stored in your OneDrive for Business cloud storage can be simultaneously edited by anyone with adequate permission. Don’t worry. That doesn’t equate to several versions of files being saved online: you actually see any edits that are being made by other users as you go. This saves you having to send slightly updated documents via email to your colleagues.
